Our optical film series are high-performance precision optical materials specially engineered for LED backlight modules, light boxes, panel lights, signage lighting and stage lighting systems. The product lineup covers LED reflective film, composite optical film, diffusion film and backlight base film. With strict production control and complete specifications, these films effectively homogenize light distribution, boost light utilization efficiency, eliminate hot spot & glare issues, and deliver stable, uniform surface illumination.

1. LED Reflective Film

LED Reflective Film is a high-efficiency light reflection substrate made from modified polymer raw materials via special surface micro-structure treatment.

Core Parameters & Features

· Reflectivity: ≥96% (visible light spectrum 400–700nm)

· Available Thickness: 0.1mm / 0.15mm / 0.2mm / 0.25mm / 0.3mm

· Surface Type: Matte / Smooth customized options

· Operating Temperature Range: -40℃ ~ +120℃

2. Composite Optical Film

Composite Film is integrated functional optical material compounded with multiple layers of reflective, diffusion and light-guiding functional layers, tailor-made for simplified lamp structure design.

· Composite structure: 2-layer / 3-layer customizable lamination

· Total thickness range: 0.22mm ~ 0.5mm

· Light transmittance & reflectivity adjustable based on customer formula

· Adhesive option: Non-adhesive / Single-sided self-adhesive

· Shrinkage: ≤0.8% (MD & TD direction)

Diffusion Film is the core homogenizing optical material, which converts point light source into uniform surface light source, realizing 'transparent but non-transparent' optical effect.

· Available Thickness: 0.1mm / 0.125mm / 0.21mm / 0.25mm

· Haze: 85%~95% customizable

· Total Light Transmittance: 65%~82% adjustable

· Optional version: Plain diffusion film / Single-sided self-adhesive diffusion film

· Material base: High purity PC / PET substrate

4. Backlight Film (Backlight Base Film)

Backlight Film serves as the foundational optical substrate inside backlight assemblies, matching perfectly with diffusion plate & reflective film to build complete backlight optical system.

· Base material: High crystallinity PET optical grade raw material

· Thickness options: 0.075mm / 0.1mm / 0.125mm / 0.188mm

· Dimensional stability: Ultra-low thermal shrinkage

· Surface treatment: Corona treatment available for enhanced adhesion
